Alaina Dearman

 

 

Alaina Dearman attended the University of Oklahoma where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She continued her education at Howard University and received a Master of Science in Anatomy. Ms. Dearman began her career at Dallas ISD as a secondary science teacher, coach, grade-level chair, team leader, and science instructional coach. Her career continued at IL Texas where she served as a biology teacher, coach, and grade-level administrator. From 2018 to the present, Alaina transitioned into administration as an Assistant and Associate Principal.

 

Ms. Dearman has been an educator for 14 years, serving at the primary, secondary, and postsecondary levels. Her philosophy is to educate, motivate, and develop others. She aspires to educate staff and students by providing opportunities for growth through academics and experiences; motivate by modeling best practices in an educational setting while demonstrating servant leadership; and develop by building solid relationships that inspire innovation. Alaina is dedicated to continuing students’ success and strives to foster positive relationships and facilitate rigorous learning, by cultivating an engaging environment where students are celebrated and education is accentuated.

Tiffany Martin

 

Mrs. Tiffany Martin will be joining the Lake Worth High School administration team in the 23-24 school year as an assistant principal. Last school year Mrs. Martin served the students at LWHS as a Spanish 1 and 2 teacher. Prior to becoming a Bullfrog, Mrs. Martin was a high school assistant principal in Corsicana ISD for three years. Throughout her 21 years in education, Mrs. Martin has taught 7th through 12th grade students in Waxahachie, Mansfield and Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School Districts. Mrs. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Hardin-Simmons University, a master's degree in educational leadership from Dallas Baptist University and she is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Mrs. Martin genuinely cares about student success and loves to see parents supporting their students' educational goals.
